In Part two, the Pilates in Five series, Darien demonstrates specifically chosen mat exercises and then replicates similar exercises on a particular piece of equipment. You’ll learn how the mat exercise progressions prepare the body for similar exercises on the apparatus. Darien shows the link between mat work and the apparatus and gives detailed cues to explain why Joe’s mat exercises set the foundation for the whole Method.

Part 3 - Mentor
Darien’s original Gold Talk series is designed for those considering becoming a Pilates teacher or are already teaching and wish to deepen their understanding of the why and how to teach the Pilates Method.
